This program offers a new orientation to sales, one that expands participants’ ability to discover new possibilities, and enables them to cultivate themselves as a source of possibilities and offers for others.
Working with Others and Navigating Moods
We focus on developing skills and sensibilities for more effective interaction and collaboration. This training is especially impactful in environments where “who and how groups of people are together” is fundamental to the value delivered to their customers.
Leading Change and History Making
In this engagement, we work together to discover a new way to navigate an increasingly complex and globally linked world. We focus on developing a refined awareness of how we co-create opportunities with others in conversations and increase our capacity to anticipate and navigate contingencies.
TPM Networks
We created TPM Networks as a community available to alumni from the Leading Change and History Making program and other invited participants focused on the ongoing practice of powerful conversations to create change.
